I received friendly, courteous service as soon as I arrived. They had my car ready by the time they promised even though it was really busy!

It appears that the Honda Care Plan we purchased from another dealer is not what they told us. Ms. Davis was really helpful. She was upfront about service costs. We are working with the other dealership to rectify the mistake.

John and Rudy helped me with my oil change and other maintenance needs. I had lots of questions about my maintenance code B-1-2, and Rudy took the time to answer all of them. I also appreciate that your service dept opens until 9pm on weekdays; that makes it easier for busy professionals like me to bring my car in after work.
Attention to detail, the mileage noted for in/out of my vehicle was way off, to the point where I thought I had received someone else’s paperwork. There was also a washer that was “crushed” and Tney had to replace it and was charged for it but nobody mention that any damage to my vehicle had been done during the recall check or oil change/rotate. I didn’t notice that till I got home but I would have appreciated being informed that something broke, even accidentally, and I would expect more attention to detail on the intake paperwork to prevent mixups.
