Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle service needs are met. Today I went in to purchase and install a new tire on a busy Monday and I was in and out in an hour!
Tire tech did not reset tire pressure low setting. No one with the knowledge of how to reset the indicator was able to talk to me, so I had to drive back to the dealership to show me how to reset it. The owners manual is not good for service information.
Estimated time 45 minutes.. Out in 30!!! Always fast and realiable. And thank you to the gentalman that helped me with me light bulb replacement. I didnt get his name but a big shout out to him
Aaron provides me a loaner for warranty work and and kept informed. Had to order parts and that took a few days. Car is running better. I had been told that I needed a don’t end alignment before. Glad I took it back to have it checked. My Honda Sport has found a new home-thanks
I know it’s not Aaron’s fault or even the dealership but y’all had our vehicle for just shy of a month. While yes we had a loaner vehicle it’s not ours! The vehicle didn’t have the same features as mine therefore is an inconvenience at the least. I appreciate Aaron always keeping me up to date on what’s happening and pushing to even get me into the same type of vehicle but the length of time we had to be out of own own vehicle was quite long and left me not feeling to crazy about the experience.
