Michael was not only professional and courteous but extremely knowledgeable when it came to the issues with my vehicle. It is a difficult situation when issues arise with someone’s vehicle but that feeling was eased tremendously because of staff like Michael. He made it such a wonderful experience that I wouldn’t think about taking my vehicle anywhere else. I hope Michael stays at your establishment for many years to come.
I really liked the friendliness of the service department the wait for an oil change tire rotation balance was only hours no waiting around. The dealership only 5 minutes away from my house perfect. I was impressed that at the end there was no pushing on recommendation that my car needed a Transmission Fluid Flush or some type of motor high dollar maintenance. Very pleased and satisfied customer oh and the car wash at the end a total thumbs up !

It took me 2 visits to have the battery replaced which was under warranty, which cause me to be late to work the second time. I felt like they didn't want to help me since I had not bought the car there because numerous times I was asked if it was purchased there. It was not purchased there since your location was not opened 3 years ago. I thought any Honda dealership should be able to help any Honda customer without hesitation!
