I was very pleased and satisfied with the service . They saw that I was annoyed by the inconvenience of having to make a trip to have my car worked on and they made me feel relaxed and at ease that everything was going to be taken care of . I was sitting both inside and the outside Express waiting area and no one ever came to talk to me about my car. I noticed it had been sitting out front for at least a half hour and I wondered if it was ready or if sitting there for another reason, again, no one called my name or ever came to talk to me and I was there the whole time. Finally I walked up and said that’s my car and it has been sitting there for at least 40 minutes but I think it could’ve been even more 40 and no one called me. The person apologized and gave me a card for free oil change. I think it’s because they knew my car was sitting there and I could’ve paid and left already. The situation was handled well but I wanted to let you know that it happened and should be worked on. I might continue to get service at Gunn Honda. Thanks

I am so glad Honda has an express service. And with the friendly staff that welcomes me every time I pull up makes me feel good. So good that I bring In The wife's car in for service and it's not even a Honda. Thanks Hill Country Honda

Hill country Honda is the best thing that has ever happened to Alamo ranch. I love the customer service and the way they treat you like family. No other place welcome warm hearts and service like Honda does!

He tried to swindle me into buying new filters that had just been replaced a couple months ago. Dishonest person. I am losing faith in Hill Country Honda. I have complained before and never heard a word. This time I may call the channel 4 trouble shooters.
