I am new to the area and have been to another dealership that was expensive and I did not care for! I was greeted by Cody, who was very helpful and assisted me. Cody then told me to go to the express area where I dealt with Devin! Devin was excellent and the service was very timely and priced right , $40 cheaper than the other dealership I went to previously, for a transmission service, and it took about an hour. Thank you very much, Hill Country Honda, I will return!!

When I first arrived I was told you couldn’t service my vehicle because your lifts couldn’t hold it. Told him well you did it last time. No issue after that. Then I was told you couldn’t get my oil filter and or it would be a 45 min wait. So I replied then just change the oil and leave the existing filter. No issue after that. Once I finished I was told that they were sorry they couldn’t wash my vehicle due to its size. That was a lie because when I purchased my vehicle they had no issue washing it. When I got my 1st oil change they washed it just fine. I get it that my vehicle isn’t a Honda but I did purchase from your dealership and Received the 2 free oil changes a year for 2 years I believe. Maybe direct me on who can service my truck and honor the free oil changes if you can’t. Thanks, 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab
