I HAD TOLD MY WIFE TO SPECIFICALLY REQUEST FOR A TIRE ROTATION. THE TIRES ARE LONG OVERDUE FOR A ROTATION. YOU DID NOT WANT TO DO A ROTATION? YOU JUST TOLD MY WIFE THAT A ROTATION IS NOT NEEDED. HOW IN THE HELL WERE YOU ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT A ROTATION IS NOT NEEDED? YOU DONT HAVE ANY HISTORY OF THE CAR. THIS IS A SIMPLE JOB, AND YOU CANT DO IT. I WAS THINKING OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE THERE NEXT MONTH, BUT WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE, I WOULD RATHER TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I love using this place to take my Honda for service.
I had a competitors coupon for 25% off service and he could only give me $100. Plus I said that I had an email from Shade that said HCH would beat any coupon by 10%. I tried following up on Tuesday and someone thought I anted to trade in my vehicle, then said my message would be passed along to the service department and I haven’t heard from anyone.
