My cruise control and cable Wiring were damaged. Chris cotton ensured that everything was taken good care of and provided a loaner car because they needed to order parts. We live 1 hour away and they prevented us from having to drive back and forth.

David was very helpful with everything going on with my vehicle. He answered any questions I had and was very professional thought the process. He made it easy for me to be able to get my car serviced with additional help getting back to my vehicle after being serviced by setting up pick up service for me. His ability to make the process seamless is what gave me peace of mind. What would have been a stressful situation became easy because he gave me contact info to reach him for questions and pick up when I was ready.

They should have paid 100% of the repairs since the problem came as a result of a covered warranty issue. Because it took so long to "negotiate" with Honda headquarters, my wife had to delay leaving to be with her mother who is fighting cancer. Because it cost us so much, now we can't afford to to fly our daughter home for Christmas. Not very happy at all with how this turned out.

Cody Kyle has once again proven himself to me. I came in my first time with an issue regarding my fuel light not going off. He took care of my problem on the spot. I then came back for oil change and state inspection. The other morning, I got in an my check engine light came on. I called and Cody told me to bring it in. I explained that I had to get back for a meeting and he said he’d take care of getting me home. Ms. Rosie was the driver of the courtesy van. Wonderful young lady I enjoyed my ride home and our chat. Cody called and broke the news to me within an hour. He worked out prices , used what coupons he could. Made me feel like family not a number and explained everything to me. He wanted to make sure he wasn’t wasting my money on services preformed at another dealership. We did our due diligence to check that out. Cody called me the next morning to let me know my vehicle was ready. He made arrangements for Mr. Dan to come pick me up. Mr. Dan was very polite, professional and very courteous and a great conversation. Upon my arrival Chris walked up , whom I had never met before and greeted me by name. Explained Cody was not available but he could assist me. We reviewed the service. I made my payment and my vehicle was at the door waiting for me when I turned around. Cody sold me on this dealership’s service department. I will continue to be a customer and refer others to come join me there. Cody and the service department team are Simply OUTSTANDING!!!

Very accommodating as I did not have an appointment. Drove up request ed an oil change and thorough inspection. Notified I needed brakes which I was aware of. I was in and out in two hours with new brakes,oil change,new filters and car washed! Very happy to take care of all my car needs with Hill Country Honda and their advisors.
