I originally worked with Cody in the main service area to resolve some issues on my car after failing my car inspection. Nine hours of waiting at the dealership and three visits later I was left with a leaking tire they couldn't diagnose correctly and a botched alignment. The tire and alignment had just been done on the first visit. So all in all the service from the main area was a huge disappointment and really soured me on this dealership. I felt like I would have been better off burning the $470 I spent to get the work done. But then there's Jerry. I was initially reluctant to have the express department look at my car but it became a necessity to due to timing of my fourth visit (in four days) since it was later at night. It turned out to be great though. One visit with Jerry and his technicians got both my tire issue diagnosed (and corrected) and also my alignment is basically perfect now. I could immediately tell the difference, I fist pumped into the air I was so happy they got it right. I had to pull into a parking lot to write this review because of how happy I am. Yeah, sure, I spent my whole week waiting to get my car back to the way it used to be but at this point I don't even give a **** because the express guys got it RIGHT. Shout out to Jerry and most of all to the guys that worked on my car - Paul Walker (my Fit) and I appreciate you so much.

Cody quoted me a an amount for my camera calibration it was $144.99. When I picked up my car I was charged 209 for that service. Aaron told me when I asked about it that Cody would call me today on Friday but he did not. So therefore I am not satisfied. It would be nice to hear from somewhat regarding this.

This is my very first new car and my very first Honda so I was saddened that she got sick from the initial misinformation provided by another employee but when my husband brought the car in Cody understood and was very empathetic towards our disappointment. Thanks Cody I’m glad to have my baby back.
