I cannot say enough positive things about Aaron Soliz. From the get go, he was on top of everything and kept me up to date on all that was going on with my Pilot that threw a rod and caught on fire on the road. He made sure that I was always aware of what was going on and made sure I knew when repairs were complete so I could come back in and take care of it. Today, he met me at the door and knew who I was without seeing me in over two months, which is impressive on its own, but he continued to check on me while I was trading the Pilot in for a new CRV. He made sure that I had all my belongings out of the Pilot and Aaron Soliz was the last person I saw before I left Hill Country Honda. He shook my hand and wished me well as I left. If there’s some kind award that can be awarded to him for customer service or just being a damned good guy who makes this dealership look really good he needs to receive it. Because of him, I'd drive the 4 hours to come back and buy another car from Hill Country Hona. Thanks Aaron Soliz, you are a solid employee and deserve some big recognition!
