Best Honda service and attendants I’ve ever had in SA or Sustin. Spectacular smiles and service and expediting btwn shops ever. Congrats! I’ll use no one else for quick repair fir inspection and for timeliness if inspection! Communication among service people is superb!

I went for oil change for my vehicle today and was informed that it was also due for transmission fluid change. I was told that the price quote would be about $150 and plus the oil change charge and tax. I consented for the service. When I picked up my vehicle and looked at the bill, I was also charged for “disposal of hazard waste” and “shop supplies” that were not ever mentioned in the previous conservation. I asked about the charge and the customer rep does not sound very confident or even confuse about the extra charges, and he apologized for not mentioned it before. I am very surprised that it was not included in the price quote of the service as it was more expensive than average when I looked it up online compared with other dealership ($159 vs $80-$120). I came to your dealership because of location but I will now consider other place as I do not like the presentation at all.

John Doy is the epitome of what a great service experience. He was detailed on providing updates, and followed up thoroughly. I would take my vehicle to Gunn Honda, but no more thanks to John Doy and the service team at Hill Country Honda.
