My purpose in visiting Honda today was to get a recall completed. However after the recall was completed my air stopped working. I was told that the motor was going bad but no resolution was offered for today. Cody was very nice in his customer service however the gentleman in the welcoming area was not when I returned for my second visit.

I took my car for oil change. The sticker on my windshield did not have when I needed to go back for next oil change. I called 5 minutes after I left and I explained to the guy who answered the phone 2 times even giving him invoice #. He was not able to answer my question. Left message for Jerry but he has not called me back. Thank you

Cody was exceptional! He listened to my concerns and explained what needed to be done with the vehicle, he was accommodating to the needs of our situation. Customer service was excellent at this dealership! This will be my new go to Honda dealership for sure!
