They need not have charged for the rectification (wheel alignment correction) a common wear and tear. Sudden surge of acceleration under cruise control with ACC esp when a vehicle in front is waiting at the traffic light from day one issue was not attended by the Express Service. Rather passed the buck to the regular service department, that's ok.
