Took my car in with a complaint about the NAV system not working. Update was performed. Left Bob Baker and entered an address before leaving the parking lot. NAV still not working. Did U-Turn. Car will need to go back again for service because problem was not addressed/solved. However, New service manager seems to be trying hard to turn department around. I will give BB Mazda one more try.

Jesse did not explain the services or I would have declined tire rotation since I do that separately. He also didn’t note down that I wanted part of vehicle checked. Didn’t offer car rinse. Otherwise pleasant person
