I was surprised to find out I had to change my oil when I have only been driving my car for (2) months. When I went to the dealership to get my car serviced, I told Jesse concerns and he was able to clear explain why I had to change my oil so soon. His friendly service made me feel confident about getting quality service the next time I need to get my car serviced.
Mark James always takes the time to listen to my concerns regarding my Mazda. He is patient and willing to go that extra mile in customer service and representing BoB Baker Mazda. He should get a raise !????

I was told the intake manifold needs to be replaced after 130,000 miles and doing all the regular maintenance. This to me seems like a manufacturer defect. The quites I was given all seemed high. I wish I would have spoken to a manager. This seems like something that they should have worked with me on. I realize my car is no longer under warranty, but the way it was conveyed was not the best. I will go elsewhere to get the list of issues he detailed out for me
Jesse greeted me immediately and explained the expected cost. Her also let me know what is coming up in the next 5000 miles. One thing I noticed was that my car was not run through the wash. I thought that was standard and occurred on my last service. That was surprising to me.
