It took over a year to get my recalll part replaced. I made special trip to get it done.
My vehicle was inspected without my permission. I have neither was asked nor approved any assessment of my vehicle.

Service took longer than anticipated. Also you could offer hot beverages to customers waiting for their vehicle especially during colder days.
Anthony was friendly and competent. Got me checked in quickly. Work was done professionally and ahead of scheduled time allotted. Returned to find my car washed. (a pleasant surprise for a no fee service????)

Did not know that my car would be washed after the oil change & tire rotation. Had I known I would have declined it. The towels or rags they used to dry off the car put swirl marks in the paint. I’m having my detailer take a look and see if he can fix it.

I was under the assumption that the service forced upon us (alert on car won’t go away so we are forced to take it in) would be covered under the warranty. However, I was told not in the email confirmation but only once I got there and started the process that it would be $395. For a mandatory service check up?! I could go somewhere else for way less! Anthony did not explain anything to me, simply told me the fee and that because I had a couple extra concerns it would be four hours. They were not able to fix those concerns. I think this “service checkup” is a complete scam. $400 is almost my car payment and I have to pay that every 15,000 miles to get my car checked and get some light service done? Tire rotation and alignment, oil change, and fluid refills is not supposed to be that expensive. If I would have known I’d be paying an additional $400 every few months on top of my payments and it’s NOT included in the warranty, I probably would have reconsidered. Isn’t this kind of stuff what the warranty should cover? I praised Bob Baker Mazda for being transparent and honest when selling me this car, but now I’m not sure that is entirely true.
Looking forward to having my tires changed next month and possibly detailing. Appreciate Anthony informing me the best time to change my tires when there is a promo.
I liked the video explanation of vehicle condition and recommended service, as well as the online approve or decline function. All staff I spoke with were efficient and polite as well.
Just keep doing what's right and stand behind your vehicles. It was a big decision for me to switch from Toyota to Mazda. I'm hoping I made a good decision.

The people who work in the service group are wonderful. It is always a great experience from the folks who process you in to the amazing young women who check you out. I totally miss not being able to stay while my car is getting serviced.
Anthony is great and did a great job. Service was completed on time and flawlessly. Parts had to be ordered and I had a tight deadline, I had to travel the next day and needed the car serviced. That was no problem at all for Anthony and his team. They saved my trip.
Excellent job all the way around. All h good, and there was a minor problem with the car, and Paul took care of it I immediately.
