Drop offs should be easier. Should be able to hand you the key/fob and virtually walk away and follow up call to discuss. Especially if appointment was already made.
Mark gets me in and out; even does small adjustments on my CX5 , things that I can figure out. Like inside lights,and door locks. It's perfect, I just drive.... he does the rest!! Great service!!

I was not given an accurate time estimate for how long the service was going to take. I arrived at my appointment on time, and was told it would take between 1.5-2 hours. Since I was given such a long time estimate, my husband and I walked to breakfast. However, I received a phone call about 30 minutes after I dropped off my car saying it was ready for pick up. If I had been told it would have only taken 30 minutes, I would not have left the premises. Also, they did not wash my car after the maintenance was finished. The last time I brought my car in for its 6 month maintenance, they washed my car.

I have to admit, Jesse was not the best at customer service. He seemed a bit inconvenienced by some issues I was having until I needed to replace my rear brakes - he then showed interest in helping me solve the other items. Not great, but ok.
It was all good enough with the oil change and check up. Although, rotating the tires they left me with tires very under-inflated and I had to go to Discount Tire to have them correctly inflated. Thankful that I have low pressure light that shows

Mark was great, courteous, helpful and did not waste any time getting my car ready for service. I waited only briefly for my loaner car to be brought around, then we finished up the necessary paperwork and I was off. When the work was complete I received a prompt phone call letting me know.

There’s was a lot of poor communication. I paid over the phone $182 and was told it would take an hour tops. I was surprised when I arrived to find that there was an additional labor fee that hadn’t been mentioned. I was also given a number to text during my wait to ask any questions. After an hour I texted the number twice to check on status of my car (never got a response) and then called the service department twice, both times they took a message and said the guy in charge of my work order was “busy”, and apparently nobody else in the whole facility could tell me if my car was ready except him, which I thought wasn’t a great system. After 1.5 hrs of waiting I walked back to the dealership to get some answers (mind you I’ve been pushing a baby and a 3 year old in a stroller around the area for 90 minutes now, and they were aware I had small kids with me when I dropped off). Lo and behold my car was sitting finished right there for who knows how’s long and nobody had called me or answered any of my messages to tell me I could pick it up. And then I had to pay $60 something labor fee on top of it. Not a good experience.
I was so impressed with your team and especially Mark James. He made sure that my vehicle was donr in a timely manner, especially when I told him that I drove a long distance to get there. His wonderful service will make me want to come back when I need things done in the future.

Ren is awesome, as always. This is our second new car in the last 3 months. We love the Mazda 6 we bought from Ren in October. We realized that our Jeep was about ready to call it quits earlier this month and that we needed (another) new car. I had always had the intention of replacing the Jeep with another Jeep, but we were happy with the Mazda 6, and more importantly, we really trust Ren, so the decision to get a CX-5 instead was easy. Ren is so easy going and the opposite of what I expect from a typical car salesman. Thank you for another stress-free experience.
