I've been bringing my cars to this location for several years. I was disappointed to be told upon arrival that because I didn't check the "wait" box on the website I would have to wait 1.5 hours for my car to be done - leading me to wonder what the point is of making an appointment?
I was also then told that prices had been raised, which is never fun.
I have concerns about how much paper is used at this location! A lot of printing of pages that doesn't seem necessary or environmentally conscious is happening. I would love to see a shift to electronic happen.
Lastly, my car is usually rinsed off before it's given back to me and it was disappointing that this didn't happen this time. Not sure if this is another change in procedure?
I only wished you washed my car. That is something that brings value to your service and something my own mechanic doesn't do. I was disappointed. At least a good vacuum and wipe down of the interior would be a nice service.

Came in for an oil change tire rotation and to fix a squeak in the back all that was done excellent except you didn't wash my car I'm so disappointed
