I made my oil change and recall appt three weeks ago. As I’m checking in I learn that it’s a major service $1500. I wasn’t prepared for that so I stayed with my original plan, oil change and recall air bag. When I got my car back it was dirty. I asked why it wasn’t washed and the guy said “we don’t do that anymore. Very nonchalant. Trying to save water etc. The thing is, I have been taking my car here for oil changes for the past 5 years. I know I pay more, but for me it was always worth it knowing I’m going to a dealer and I’m getting it washed as well. I was disappointed. Hours later I see that there wasn’t an oil change next service sticker on my windshield. Very annoying. That’s how I track my appointments.

Jesse got Mazda to provide a new screen for my infotainment system because mine was defective. Though, in my heart, I believe this is the only 'right' thing that could (and should) have happened, it was still nice to hear that news.

My first oil change came with a car wash and was $60. This time was $96 and no car wash. I got my tires rotated, but this is complimentary at my local repair shop.

One question... my tire pressure warning light came on one day after service. If all my tires were checked and pressure should have been fine, do I still need to make anothwler appointment (approx 2 weeks out since there are no earlier appts) to get this resolved? Thanks, Brook G
