i was ordered an über to pick me up after the appointment but the uber never showed, i had to order my own. also, was not given a recap of my service by a representative. also was not told about the status of apple car play in my car.
Mark was a tremendous help. He answered all my questions and gave me good guidance on how to handle things. And when I came to pick up the car, he personally ran the paperwork and brought my car around. Mark has helped me before and always goes a great job.

Mazda camera sensors for braking assist have a glitch which I read about online. The service code error revealed the same thing. Max was extremely helpful
Great job as always. Would recommend you update your system that says you used 5w20 oil on the printout but when I called I was told it was actually 0w20 oil. That is confusing to the customer and hard to prove for warrantee purposes that the recommended oil was used. Thanks!

Just a little background on the Heads Up Display issue; my wife and have taken our car with this issue to two different Mazda dealerships. One told my wife that we were too short which i was infuriated about and the other told us there were no codes so there was nothing they could do. Both instances were frustrating because i knew the calibration was off. Anyway i just wanted to say thank you for fixing the issue and I’m just going to continue to bring the vehicle here for future services.
