Had a 7:30 AM Appt for Oil Change on 2/21. Was told it would take about an hour to be completed. I went to the counter to check on the status, since it was 10 AM by then, and I hadn’t heard anything from anyone. The man told me that my paperwork had been misplaced. I don’t think anyone knew I was still there waiting. I have been coming to coming to Bob Baker Carlsbad for several years, I live In Escondido now and Still bring my car there for service. I don’t think I should have had to wait 2 and a half hours since I was told otherwise.

I am very pleased that Max is back. He took care of my problems with accurate and timely repairs. But on another note, you should really improve your online service appointment process. I added a note that I thought I would need a wheel bearing when making the appointment but this info was apparently not forwarded to the parts dept so no bearing was available. Max arranged overnight delivery of the needed part once the need was confirmed.

Max is the best. He provided an excellent service. I was very satisfied. He accommodated my request “to wait” and to work on my car right away (oil change and oil filter) so I dont have to wait for 4 hours long. The serviced was done less than two hours as he promised. He’s a very approachable person and very accommodating. I’m glad and lucky that he was the one who helped me and not the other guy who had told me he can’t do anything about it. I give Max 10 stars for the execellent service.

Good service from Mark, on time service, called partway to discuss. Did not rinse off car, though I asked. Why are you washing all cars on site, but cannot take care of customers’ cars? Save water on site cars. And your pricing for my minimal service was way too expensive- I have not been getting coupons. Will hold off on coming back any time soon.
