Mark was the definition of helpful. I ran through a open manhole at the gas station and immediately brought my car to the service center. Mark was at the entrance and asked me a bunch of questions about the car and I could just tell I was in good hands leaving my car there to get a straight answer. He was very professional and understanding of the situation. A Full diagnostic later that is very affordable nothing major showed up and they fixed the speedometer that was off along with 2 recalls for free. Got the rest of my car serviced as well after that and I am on the road within 2 days enjoying my mazda 6. Thanks mark and the team at the service center! I highly recommend anyone to take their mazda there as they are good people you can count on!

I was completely satisfied by the way mark handled the situation!! Mazda on the other hand not so good. I am a return customer not only once but I own 3 Mazdas a 2012 black speed 3-83k(bought brand new Redlands),2015 dark gray Mazda 3-74k(bought brand new in Ontario) and last my 2014 black Mazda 6-76k(bought used at hoen Carlsbad).. now I was so excited buying my 2014 m6 GT and figured it would be realiable just like my other Mazdas but to soon find out after 23k miles the motor faces an issue and I take it in for the first time. I have never had a major repair issue claimed in the 6 years I have driven my Mazdas till now. Very dissatisfied with the way things went overall but oh well made me realize I must not be as valued of a customer as Mazda claims! thanks again mark for your excellent customer service skills!! You handled a tough situation extremely well and I honestly don't have time for these problems either thanks again your valued Mazda enthusiast!!!

This is my first service with Bob Baker Mazda....I can say I was very impressed that the mechanic working on my car cleaned up my battery cable without even asking.. and that they told me I needed my Engine filter and inside can filter replaced...by to mention to my surprise when I came to get my car I found it completely washed without them even asking! Many time when I go to a dealer I feel they try and find expensive things for me to fix... this was very teasonabl and I know it needed done! Excellent work! Thank you!
