I was checked in carefully, work done quickly and well, checked out quickly. Very pleasant experience.
Jesse was very nice and easy to work with. However, after getting the call that my car was ready, I went back to discover that even though I was specifically told they would wash it, it was not washed. The only reason I took it to the dealer for an oil change in the first place was because there were two recalls they needed to fix. So I justified spending the extra on the oil change (the price had gone up significantly from last time) is because at least I would have a clean car. But no. I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for the car to be ready. Plus, it seemed quite ridiculous for the cost to replace a fog lamp bulb to be $106. THat's insane. No one went over exactly what they did as far as courtesy checks or anything when I picked it up. Also, the way it's set up is kind of cheesy how you have to stand there in the driveway and chat with a guy in the booth. I've just always thought that was weird standing there in the middle of the drive. Anyway, Jesse was very nice and I want to emphasize that. He wasn't there when I picked up the car, so I just kind of went in to pay and that was that. No real wrap up from the car guys. So unless it's a free recall fix, I won't be going back to the dealer for service.
Max was kind, understanding, and accommodating. He made sure I was well taken care of and got my car fixed quickly. I’m so happy with the results and the service. Thanks Max and thanks Bob Baker Mazda!
Satisfied, but not completely. Received initial abrasion aside absurd reasoning of how a ~$2,000 complete warranty may be denied ("glitching/broken MazdaConnect might be because it needs a new update, not covered by warranty"). Had to gamble $65 due to such illogical rationale. May have derived from unacceptable Easycare practices, but thankfully was not an issue, as Mark and EasyCare appropriately honored the warranty. Time will tell if MazdaConnect is functioning properly again, as prior issues were inconsistent; so far so good. Thank you for your assistance! The Uber back to Mazda was very convenient as well and an upgrade from the prior shuttle van service. Thank you!

I was "banned" from every bringing my car for service there by you seller service manager. It's too long a story to tell, but the man is a passive aggressive, sexist pig who doesn't know what to do with an assertive woman. Need to buy 2nd vehicle so going back to Honda. No follow up, please.
