Wheels got powder coated after havin brake fluid left on them. I provided a color sample of what color I wanted. I was told that the powder coat shop couldn’t exactly match that color. The service writer (Max) was given a couple samples of what they thought was close and he made the decision without first consulting me. The end result was a color that is way to dark and not nearly close to the sample color I had given to Max.

I just made a really mice review at Yelp with regards to my experience at Bib Baker Mazda service dept. Jesse took me in and got a service tech with me so he can hear the annoying creak from under my CX9. He offered a ride home but when I asked if he has a loaner car for me, he went to look and got me one, since we son’t know when my vehicle is going to be done. He kept me iinformed of the progress and got my car the next day. It’s quite a great first experience with this dealership and service and Jesse really did a giod job in making sure that his customer is taken care of.

Wow! Max provided the best customer service I have ever encountered! He was so kind and helpful and definitely put me at ease during my stressful situation. I normally go to the Mazda in San Diego because it is closer to my house but because of Max I will be willing to commute to your location for any Mazda services.

Mark is good, no complaints from Mark,what I'm not happy about is the service,they kept my car for almost a week and was returned without a diagnosis and same conditions, I still do not know what's wrong with the car
