The car fix was great but I was only notified of what was going on at the end of each day. Would have preferred more timely updates. Especially since it took two days longer than expected.

That guy deserves a raise or Christmas bonus or something. I had a Dodge before and have dealt with Bob Baker Dodge Service. It was absolutely terrible especially when I was coming from BMW Escondido prior ownership. Mazda sets the bar in the Bob Baker family service branch. Just based on how Mark handled my service, I will always keep Bob Baker Mazda in my mind if I am shopping for a car. I would say his communication is better than BMW Escondido. Well done.

Overall I had a great experience as always with Bob Baker Mazda. My only complaint was that my car wasn't actually ready after they called me to tell me I could pick up my car. After they called to tell me the repair was done, it took me about 20 min to get back to the dealership. The woman at the cashiers desk told me my keys weren't there and that my car must be in the wash. Not a problem, I am always grateful for a car wash, but it took another 35 min before I saw my car. So from the time they called to the time I got my car was almost a full hour. If my car wasn't ready, no need to call. I'd rather have been out and about than waiting an hour for a car that want actually ready to be picked up.
