Many simple things were not attended too. Toyota has a VERY high standard. And my expectations were set by them. The following looks incomplete: 1.black streaks on many places on them fender bumper area. 2. Paint over stray on my passenger window 3. Flange material that seals the window is new and marred in several places. These are signs to me of poor Workmanship

Unfortunately to trouble shoot the intermittent sounding of the alarm, I was told all the door sensors would need to be replaced and tested and that it wouldn’t guarantee the problem being fixed. It would be approximately a $1,000 cost that might not work! That’s an expensive “maybe” solution.

wish we knew exactly what the code indicated, but Max was very professional in letting us know what our next steps were to take. At the time the smoke indicating machine was broken. Reset code for check engine light. Hoping for it to stay off.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Baker Mazda! Mark our Service Advisor kept us informed and updated on the repairs for our vehicle. We were nervous because we live on a fixed income and wanted to make sure we could afford the repair. The repair was under warranty and we didn’t have to pay at all! Mark is caring and professional.
