Jesse was professional and assisted me immediately without hesitation, eventhough I did not have an appointment. He explained my options, and once my decision was made he drove my car back to the service center to begin the service. The part that made him and your dealer shine was the “car wash”. Last time I brought my car in I was expecting the car wash but it didn’t happen. It is good to see you havr reimplemented this simple extra touch. Thank you!

Max was amazing. You guys have an amazing employee and thats important when dealing with car service! He did a great job keeping in contact with us and explaining what our vehicle needed. He also gave me some great advice about possible steps towards trading in my vehicle later on. My husband made a complaint about him but he was cranky, he works long hours...Max went above and beyond and it was appreciated! Thanks Mazda!
