I dropped in due to a nail in the tire and the entire staff fit me right in and got me on my way in no time with zero hastles.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We won't know for sure if we're delighted with the service until we know if the problem is fixed, it's something that will take a day or two to show up but right now I would give Bob Baker Mazda service 5 stars

Great service and professionalism and attitude, Bob Baker Mazda hires greaat customer service people and the way things are done from start to finish in all aspects of the interactions i have and the service performed on my car continues to win my trust and loyalty. The Uber ride to and from work makes service and maintenance much more feasible for me. I also appreciate the car wash - nice touch.
