Two hours to run a diagnostic on a check engine light to find a lose gas cap is a bit absurd. Esot considering we had an appointment.

Sat in waiting room 30 minutes after car was done. Received phone call saying it should be done by 230. Returned to waiting room at 215 and sat there until I approached the desk asking what the delay was at 300. You need a better system to make it visible to all when the cars are ready.

I was scheduled by the dealership for an oil change, so I arrived at my scheduled time of 9am. Since I bought the car the breaks have been squeaking every time I use them, so I asked them to look at the breaks. I waited 4 hours, they didn’t change my oil and I got no explaination about the breaks squeaking (and they still squeak non-stop). Very disappointed that I spent half a work day there to get nearly nothing accomplished.

Great service! Helpful, quick, and went the extra mile to order an Uber for me to one of my favorite coffee shops while I waited. Definitely will recommend to anyone I know who needs Mazda service.

Had an issue with a previous service. Mirror caps were replaced and one week later one of them fell off. Ordered them next day. Instead of dropping my car off Max told me to wait 5 minutes and he would have me out the door so I didnt have to leave my car to go to work. Service literally took 5 minutes and saved me an uber ride and valuable time in my day

Max was friendly, knowledgeable and acted as though my experience there mattered. The work was done quickly and I drove off to work in half an hour. I was impressed.
