Also woke up this morning to a dead battery not sure what test you ran but my experience has been nothing but headaches.

Actually happy with the repairs that were completed and Max was very helpful. Following my appointment, my vehicle was taken in for auto body work and the steering arm was found to be bent - I thought Mazda would have caught that (maybe only discoverable when the vehicle was re-inspected at the body shop)
Mark James was exceptionally courteous and professional, as was another technician whose name is Rich (didn't get a last name, unfortunately).
I came in with a rather serious concern, and both gentlemen responded immediately. Problem solved and at a considerably less expensive solution.
