As we shared with Bob Baker Mazda our experience in the sales process was very pleasant. Unfortunately it seems we misunderstood, or were misled in regards to what was included in the post-sale package we purchased. It cast a less pleasant light on the process; making it more akin to what one typically expects in the car buying process.
Friendly and efficient, Mark got our car taken care of while my wife and I went for breakfast. When we came back it was done AND washed. Thanks guys!

I noticed after my Smart Shield application, there were some areas on my door that were not completely white down. Mark address it immediately and resolved my concern. I enjoyed working with Mark, very nice gentleman.

We got a new tire and the cap for the air spout was left off. Also, we had wanted all the wheel locking lug nuts taken off and replaced with regular lug nuts. That did not happen so we have to come back again.

I was not informed in advance of the estimate of work performed. Actually it was replacement of Bulb, Low Beam the labor time is charged $71.25. Upon payment I brought the matter to the attention of person in-charged but was of no help. There is a section in the invoice says Advise$143.00. I don’t know where this part came from I was not advised at the time of service it might cost me that much. Duration of labor performed is also unknown.
