I’ve had the pleasure of working with Max for several of my service visits (all scheduled maintenance, no problems with my Mazda). Each time, Max has communicated completely and in a timely manner. I’m very impressed with the service at Bob Baker. The Uber service removes one of the major complications one scheduling service and I appreciate that is available to me when I schedule service.
