Anthony was wonderful and very patient with my frustration. My frustration is more with MAZDA in that my navigation system isn’t working and they have not come up with a simple solution even though my research has told me this is a very common issue with the make and model of my car. I have to bring it back next week so a technician can get online with support and that means another day of wasted time. Again, Anthony was great and offered to fit me in and get me a loaner so this is totally not on him. He is wonderful and I appreciated him dealing with me kindly even though I was unhappy.
