I have had to bring my Mazda 3 in at least 5 times. I think I got a bit of a lemon unfortunately. However, each time I’ve had to bring it back, I knew Max would do everything in his power to help me. He is a sincere and genuine human being! I hope I never have to bring my car back again, but if I do, at least Max will be there to brighten the experience! When picking up my car no one reviewed what had been done. In all my many past visits over a decade with you the Service Advisor would briefly go over the service that had been performed. This was not one of the past Service Advisors.
I been a customer since 2017 and this time around, my CX5 was not washed .
Anthony followed through with us to get our car fixed. There were some mistakes made and he had us bring the car back to correct the errors. He was a nice communicator

My car came in for a service bulletin involving a
Pcm reload, the service person told me my car was not under the affected vehicles which it is and then he said it does not have a mitsubishi pcm which it does. I have been working at a dealership for 5 years and I have never seen such a bad example of what a dealership experience should be, I will be escalating the matter to corporate or the nhtsa .
The ArmorAll looks fantastic. The cargo cover fits nicely. The vehicle was serviced on Monday 11/16 and ready for delivery on 11/17, as promised. Our‘’first impressions’ with Anthony and Bob Baker Mazda service is very good.
