This was our first experience with Bob Baker Mazda and all went well. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Since I live outside the service shuttle area, I was provided with a loaner which was a huge plus especially since I have an infant. Max was great at explaining everything and was really able to help our family out at a time of need.
