I had Android Auto installed in my car ($399 + tax) and it won't work. Mark was very thorough in trying to help me get this resolved but so far no luck. MAYBE verify w a phone vendor that a phone is compatible prior to install? However, when I purchased the phone 3 weeks ago Verizon told me it was compatible. There's really nothing you or Mark can do I guess although I know other dealers (Lexus) install the Android auto for half the price I paid... I'm going to keep trying to come up with a solution and if I find one I'll let Mark and your service department know.

Mr. Umhra was thorough and very professional. I had not one worry while car was being serviced. I told him I did not want to wait in lobby for 2 hrs. . . He made sure I had a ride home and a prompt ride back to pick up my car. It was a smooth day.
