Anthony was fantastic!! So friendly, chatty, efficient, knew the answer to every question. He called with an update and for approval in the work that needed to be done and a spot-on itemized price for each thing. The car was ready in the allotted time. We’ve been coming to Bob Baker Mazda for years and always had outstanding service, but Anthony went above and beyond!

Max was very attentive and shared lots of great information. Was able to quickly get car fixed and address an outstanding warranty issue. One nit was to possibly ask about washing car prior to service. I waited around an extra 30ish minutes Monday when I just had the car washed and detailed the day before. Could have saved the time.

Hi, in terms of the service to car and how fast was taken in was good. But I got my new Mazda 3 2019 back with scratches on the console. I got the new car on July 6th and took it back for service on July 13th. I had been very careful with the console because I know the shiny area get scratched easily I owned a Mazda 3 2016 before so I know and I don’t place items on top of it and when I clean it I only do it with a microfiber rag. Servíce should be careful with this area. They should not put anything on top of the console and put a plastic to protect area. I am not happy that now my new car has scratches that I did not do. I took the car back the following Friday and it was taken in for check and to a person in detail to remove or smooth scratches but it scratched the console even more. I hate seeing these scratches.

After leaving from my service and driving 10 mins away my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at a 3rd party tire center and they said that all my tires were very low. Its upsetting to know my tires were just rotated with my oil change and the technician didnt care to ensure all my tires had the right tire pressure. I drive out of my way to get service at your dealership since I live out in east county and my last 2 visits have been less than stellar. I may have to find a different mazda dealer to service my car at.

Max provided excellent service. He made sure to contact me and provided detailed information on where the repair was. He made sure to hand of the contacting of me on his day off. Andrea made sure that I was contacted to let me know the repair was done. Will return for service. Nathan
