First of all I stopped in to BB last Saturday and Max was very helpful then and he put all my info in your system but I didn't have a copy of my maintenance warranty so I came back in today and when Max saw me walking around he came out of his office and called me by my first name...that simple gesture made me feel good! I showed Max the paperwork he needed and he got me right in for my 10,000 mile service on my 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT...which I absolutely love! Max was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with! I also had some questions on using some of the many options installed in my car and he suggested I go up to sales after my car was done being serviced and ask for Fred and he would be glad to help me! Which is what I did and Fred was nice enough to come outside and we got in my car and first he pared my new phone to the car and then showed me how to properly use the GPS and he adjusted headlights/high beams and windshield wipers to automatic...and he showed me how to operate the cruise control effectively...that was really helpful! Between Max, Fred and your service team, I had a great visit to BB today and I'm glad to be part of the Mazda Family!
