I meant to press Yes. Max was very professional and handled a delicate situation well. My car got cosmetically dinged while it was there for an oil change, and Max was very good about assuring me it would be taken care of at my convenience. And I believe him.
Max was great! I had a rock completely destroy my sun roof and drove straight to the dealer in carlsbad. Max was super quick and within 20 minutes I was on my way to work. Everyone was extremely nice and one day later my car is fixed. Couldn’t have been a better experience!
