I had to wait more than two hours and it wasn’t until I complained about it that the receptionist told me they had “forgotten” about me. I hope next time customer service be better.

Didn’t appreciate being told I needed to speak to my “husband” before committing to a more expensive service recommendation. I found it to be very unprofessional and sexist and honestly unnecessary. Very disappointed.
