Max was absolutely wonderful. I felt comfortable leaving my car in his care. I didn’t feel as though unnecessary product was going to be pushed on me or unnecessary services. I always hesitate to go to the dealership for car care but today max changed my feeling entirely. He was professional, personable, and helpful. I will be sure to go back to Bob Baker because of Max. My work was done in a timely manner and I got my car back cleaner than when I brought it in. I felt valued as a Mazda customer and that speaks volumes of not only Max but Bob Baker Mazda as a whole.
