Check in was unfriendly, non caring and slow. Two people in boths .....one **** the phone, the other guy sees me, no greeting, just leaves. The girl was at least 15 minutes on the phone with NO Acknowledgment of a "Hi Welcome.....I'll be with you in a moment." NOTHING!!!! When off the phone she says "Did you make an appointment?" Then made me feel I was wasting her time and I shouldn't be here. I will be taking my Mazda to another Dealership when service is needed!!! Thank God I didn't purchase my Vehicle there!!!

I have been going to Max since 2012 and have stayed with the dealership. I like my old car Mazda 3. Going on 13 years. I only had few issues with this car. Max has always been prompt. He has gone out of his way to help every time! He gets 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Best customer service! Thank you ????
