Max went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule that day. He is actually the first service advisor at Bob Baker Mazda that went through the required service needed for my CX 5 and clearly explained all the steps necessary to bring the vehicle up to what had been missed in previous service appointments at Bob Baker Mazda. My care has never been serviced anywhere else since I purchased it at BB in 2013.
