Just wanted to make note that BEFORE I came in, as I’ve just moved back home to CA from another state, I wanted to make sure that it was noted that I have an out of state MPP plan and wanted to make sure it was honored. I was transferred a couple of times and I found those two individuals to be short and rude on the phone, cutting me off as I spoke- obviously they were busy, but I am too. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Calling the service dept., Joe was delightful and engaging, even though we were both very busy at work, and he was also very helpful when I came in for service. The guy that brought me the car after service was complete was also awesome, engaging and a pleasure- both excellent representatives for Mazda. SERVICE was excellent and I’m happy with my car. I will note that I’ve been bombarded with texts, and I replied “Stop” to texts, and it replied you will get no more texts. Since then I’ve received another text, a few phone calls and more emails!!!! I am busy at work and feel business was concluded. Take away: when a customer isn’t buying something, no one is kind enough to be friendly on the phone, but when “you” want something, you are nagged you death. I look forward to a long, happy relationship with your dealership as we own three Mazda’s locally and may consider upgrading from time to time, but the guys who initially answer the phones need to work on their phone and people skills. I NEVER do these reviews, but hope someone brings this up in a meeting because I’d like to steer clear of your sales staff!
The world would be a better place if there was an Anthony to take care of me at every appointment throughout my day. Anthony is a perfect example of what customer service should be. He was kind, professional and knowledge. He’s a keeper for sure! Thanks for all

Anthony has been super helpful today, made me feel very informed in the progress of my Mazda. My car feels 100 times better after bringing it in today and im super lucky to have had Anthony overseaing and informing me in the maintenance of my vehicle ! i will defiantly be coming back to this location because of the customer service i received today ! thank you Mazda for hiring people as genuine as Anthony !
