Great service from start to finish. I appreciate being able to get in right away and receive wonderful customer service from everyone. Anthony greeted me immediately and reviewed what I had asked for online. After I let home know we wanted to keep up on our new car services he showed me the progression of offered mileage services and was able to accommodate the changes I made. Anthony said it would take approximately 2 hours. He offered me a ride or shuttle service. I declined and just walked to the outlet mall. Anthony called as he said he would to let me know my car was completed (within the time frame he stated). Wonderful service when I picked up my car as well. Thank you to Anthony and all members of the service team.

I’m sad that I had a nail in my tire, but I was well taken care of at Bob Baker service dept. It would have been helpful if your website discussed that the service waiting lounge was closed due to Covid. Completely understandable, but I was expecting to be able to use the lounge while waiting. Since I made my appointment online, I didn’t know about that in advance until I arrived at BobBaker.
Didn’t appreciate being called about car issues that are not required. When you don’t have knowledge and history of customers cars not a good idea to call and mention repairs that have already been done. Looks like your trying to make a quick buck
