Everyone was very nice, but they discovered two problems with my new CX-30 and were not able to fix either one because of parts. Counting today’s visit for a recall, that makes 3 visits to fix initial defects that should have been found before delivery of the car.

I dealt with Anthony who is friendly, helpful, and very professional. There was another man who came over to check my car in while Anthony finished with the customer ahead of me. This man needed the mileage, and without asking, simply leaned into my car and reached across to push the button to obtain the info. I felt this was rude and unprofessional, and told him he simply could have asked me to push the button myself.

Everything was great one suggestion is maybe you can go over the checklist with the customer when I got home I noticed that my air filter was marked that it needs to be replaced but I wasn’t told about other than that everything was good
