The service writer was very gracious and included a car wash with my safety check on the CX 30. That is something I never expected and greatly appreciated.

Quick and friendly service on my first time taking my car to Bob Baker Mazda.
This was the best service I received! The manager was open and communicated with me and was willing to help me so much! I never questions what was happening and he was always available to answer any questions I had. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars he was always willing to take time to explain things to me and didn’t ever make me feel bad about asking these questions. It made me feel more comfortable asking questions and knowing I would get an answer I could understand.
First visit. Joe and your cashier were very helpful and friendly. Waited for car and it was ready as promised. Good adjustments to pandemic. No problems.
