Bobby was great and very helpful. I showed up with no appointment time with a engine light on and needed the car fixed but realized it may not happen in one day. Bobby called a car rental place for me but was able to fix my car in one day and I really appreciate his dedication and wonderful customer service. This dealership has earned my business for good.

The service part of the experience was very good.
However, the promised car wash was not so good.
The last time we had our car washed at Bob Baker, the tires were clean and black. yesterday it appears that they weren’t even touched.
I know this is not your core business, but as a new customer it puts a bitter taste
to the post maintenance car pick up experience.
Easy to schedule an appointment, very polite and courteous staff, facility was very clean and safe.
It was a pleasure dealing with Erik. He is knowledgeable and made sure my vehicle was serviced promptly, washed and delivered back to me.
Tanner was awesome! He answered any questions I had, fulfilled the recall requirement and was able to get my car done rather quickly, I was surprised! Great turn around!

I requested that my clock time be corrected. It wasn’t done to my disappointment. I’ll be heading back so that can be done next week.

Despite having booked an appointment for 6 mo maintenance, the car didn’t go back for close to 3 hours after my appointment. This seems unacceptable. But Eric was great!
