Julian was absolutely fantastic to work with!
I understand that the solution to my issue (bad check valve in the driver side windshield washer tube) was an “outlier” and apparently unique in your experience, I feel it shouldn’t have taken over 3 hours to resolve, especially since (a) I was waiting in the lounge, and (b) the technician stopped working for lunch. Zach and another tech finally had to step in and solve the problem. This isolated incident won’t stop me from using your service facility again for both my 2019 Subaru’s. Zach was very personable and did what he could to resolve the problem, I was disappointed though that the original tech stopped for lunch with a customer waiting.

Great service department and very professional service staff
They broke something in my car during the service and would not buy me a new one so I demanded a refund for my service so I could afford to buy what they broke and they refused to help me. They said it is not a Volkswagen product so there is nothing they can do about it. My job relies on what they broke and I cannot work without it. I am extremely disappointed. I WILL NOT be going back to a Volkswagen dealership ever again. General manager was very rude and would not listen to anything I had to say. Never had anything like this happen to me...
Bobby was friendly, helpful and prompt. Awesome service.
Friendly. Answered all my questions. Had car ready and washed when he said he would.
Zach was very knowledgeable and communicated the process the whole way through.
Erik was friendly and safe. He promised the car would be done in less than 2 hours and it was done as promised.

Zach was great! He was very informative about Subaru service which was very helpful with my being a new Subaru owner.
Also, Jaime was very helpful in getting me started and letting me know what all of my options were. I was scheduled quickly, the turn around was quick and everyone I came across was kind and helpful. I will be coming back to Bob Baker!
