The service invoice stated that the Tires were rotated,but the tires did not get rotated. It leads me to question what else was not done.
It took 2 full days to fix the car. May be it is justified, but you need better communication with the customers.

Julian was a pleasure to work with. He was super sweet with my tiny human who was a handful when I got there. Having to have work done on your car is stressful and He definitely made the process easy.
Took them 8 hours to tell me that there was an issue with a spark plug. The communication was terrible. I asked Multiple times for an estimate on when my car would be done so I didnt have to wait at the dealership all day I was told “as soon as possible” everytime I asked. I was There from 9am-5:15 pm. Absolutly ridiculous. If I was Told my car would take all day that’s fine I couldve Left and came back. Erick was very rude to myself and my grandma. He told us that the cv joints on my car didn’t need to be replaced yet but they make noise Everytime I turn the wheel. He said they weren’t bad enough??? Come on now that’s like telling someone who’s brakes are squeaking that they aren’t going to replace them because it’s not metal on metal. Am I supposed To wait for them to break to get them replaced? Then he told me to go get my car serviced at another Subaru dealership if I was Unhappy I was referred to Erick directly by Toyota of Carlsbad I was told that I has To take my car there if I wanted To get it replaced under my year long warranty. Overall terrible experience. Erick works in a customer driven work environment and clearly hates dealing with customers. Anyone who waits 8 hours for a part that takes an hour to replace max with no communication whatsoever has a right to be a little upset and when I voiced My frustration to Erick he replied with “then take your car somewhere else” instead of trying to understand where I was Coming from.
