The overall experience was as expected except for when I came back to pick up my car. Upon review of the multipoint inspection, there was a written recommendation regarding my rear wiper and engine air filter that, per the key, "requires immediate attention". However, during the phone call, I wasn't informed about the needed attention of those two items. Had I been called regarding the needed attention, I would've consented to address it now (if possible). Since I wasn't informed about the needed attention, had left & returned to pick up my vehicle, and was checked out by someone else, these items weren't addressed.

I sat in the waiting room while Eric got the rental car I reserved and I listened to the manager in his glass corner office scream at one of the poor workers for 15 minutes. If this manager is going to treat his employees this way I suggest he soundproof his office. Very unfortunate these workers are treated with such disrespect, not to mention the humiliation this poor guy must have felt with a full waiting room listening to this discussion. I will not be returning to this dealership for any services. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect.
